Vic Metro is pleased to be working alongside Balmain & Co, MAB Corporation, Homes Victoria, and Housing First on the Preston Crossing Project. This initiative aims to construct the first of two significant residential communities within the Bell Station precinct of Preston. Designed by Hayball, Archier, Breathe, and TCL, this community-focused development will deliver a diverse collection of private apartments, townhouses, social housing apartments, and a Nightingale building.
